Badge Fittings:
* The most commonly used are the butterfly clutch, rubber clutch, pin, safety pin or magnetic.
* We will always use the standard butterfly fitting which is supplied with the unit price unless a different fitting is requested.
* The fitting on reverse is always matched to the color of the base metal of the pin badge.

* Due to the custom of every individual order, we do not include pricing on our website.
* Instead we ask that you give us a email to ensure you get the best pricing available.

Payment:
* 30% deposit in advance, before delivery by T\T, Western Union.
* Other payment can be negotiated, please confirm with us.

Packing & Shipping:
* Packing: Individual OPP bag, then packed in big OPP bag and carton.
* Shipping: By express for small order, by sea freight for mass production.
* If you have any idea about packing or shipping, please confirm with us.

Lead time:
* Sample making normally takes 7 to 8 days.
* Production time is around 10 to 12 days, it is depend on quantity.

Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces per customized design.
Q:  Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes, it takes about 6-7 days for sampling and 10-12 days for mass production. Please allow sufficient time for production.
Q:  Do you do custom design? Will I receive an art certificate before production?
Yes, we will send you a proof within 1-3 days after receiving your order. Production can only begin after we receive your approval for the artwork.
Q:  What is your production delivery cycle?
After receiving payment and approval for your artwork, our production delivery cycle typically takes about 12-15 working days (depending on the product).
Q:  Do you provide quality assurance?
