How to custom products:
* State your request.
* Send your designs or samples to us.

Products Process:
1. Making drawing: confirm the artwork that you provide or we design for you.
2. Opening the mould: Once you confirm the drawing, we will take it to open the mould.
3. Grouting:We take the ready moulds to grout.
4. Mending the moulds, then washing the mould.
5. Painting, inspection, final checking, packing.
Packaging & Delivery
1. Sampling time: 7-15 days, depending on whether we have available moulds in stock.
2. Mass production time: 30-50 days, depending on the quantity of orders.
3. Payment terms: T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Money Gram, 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
4. Standard packaging: 1pc/ poly bag+ brown or white box. Bubble bags or poly foam will be used to protect the items if needed. Other packaging is available.
